In a press release at Newsarama here (http://forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=105199), Dynamite announced that Lone Ranger #6 will have some additional pages of story (at no extra cost to us) in order to let the creative team finish the origin story the way they intended. #6 will have 25 full pages of story. #1-4 have had 21 pages, so we get 4 more pages here. Now, if we could just get a cover image ;) .

Hey Joe,

Will this book (#6) hit shelves in April? Thanks!

Great job on this series, Dynamite. Can't wait to see how the origin arc wraps up in #6!

With no cover art, I don't think it's likely we'll see #6 this month. I think the FCBD book will be out before #6. I hope DE surprises me and gets it out in April still, even if I have to wait until it hits the shelves to see the cover art. As much as I like to see the cover art in advance, I'd prefer to have the book in hand prior to #0 on May 5.

Since the FCBD book has a "deadline" and has some sort of transition relavance between issues 1 thru 6 and #7, it seems necessary we see the actual hardcopy of # 6 before # 0. So we either see #6 in April or it releases in tandem with the FCBD issue on May 5th.

Mikey, I enjoy being able to access your LR comic collection, thanks for the opportunity...with your okay, I'm going to give access to my LR comic collection, which consists of all DE issues (variants et al), shortly.

No permission needed, but you can have it anyway. I always enjoy looking at other collections. And since I only have the vaguest idea of what Lone Ranger variants there are, it will be nice to see. Personally, I am not a collector of variants - I buy my comics mainly to read, so one copy is enough - but I still like to see them.

The way I understand #0 is it is more an 'out of time' issue. The things it will show could actually happen anywhere in the timeline after #6. It's not a direct transition from #6 to #7, I don't think, although they have promoted it in that light. Still, it'll be annoying if it comes out before #6. I hope #6 is out by May 2 at the latest, then I can at least pick it up with #0 on FCBD.

Lone Ranger: Creed, serves as a stand-alone story in between the opening 6 issues of Dynamite's The Lone Ranger and the upcoming issue #7.

The above is a quote from DE when #0 was announced... so while it may not exactly tie 1 thru 6 and 7 together, I agree with you...let's see #0 first.

Anyway I have some 21 issues of LR cover art to scan, for your viewing pleasure.

Take care

If we do get #6 before #0 it will be the shorest wait between issues. ;)

I just hope there's more to the book.

Even street fighter 2 took me a minimum of 10 minutes to read.

I'm done with LR in 3-5. :(
