One of my favourite covers is from one of my all-time favourite comics, Gilbert Sheldon's "The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers #2". I came across this one day in a second-hand shop when I was in high-school back in about '94. I'd never heard of "The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers" before. I loved it! I found out they were still doing re-prints, and went and bought the whole series! Here's the cover :D :

This is my favorite cover. Being a huge Guy Gardner fan I was sure he was going to lay the smackdown on Bats when I cracked that comic open. Needless to say, the fight didn't live up to my expectations. Still it's my favorite cover.
