I haven't made it to the comic store yet. How is issue#2? Which covers did you buy?

The issue was pretty good, plus there was a section on the lead up for the Sonja v. Thulsa Doom series. Then there was some AoD preview stuff that I could care less about.

I forget who did the cover, but it looks like a throwback cover to when Marvel was doing Conan and Sonja. I pretty much had my pick of covers, there were like 40 copies of the comic on the shelves, but that was the one I settled on.

I guess if I had my druthers, I'd just as soon see fewer covers out there. I'm not into collecting though, just reading the story and enjoying the artwork that there is. Having to wait a few months for each issue is craptacular IMHO.

Here's the latest info. from Dynamite on when the next few issues should be out :

" So, we've set it up for retailers to order adjust issue #3, and it will ship, hopefully, without any printing problems at the end of October. Issue #4 in the middle of November, issue #5 at the end of November, and issue #6 in the beginning of December and #7 at the end of December. Issue #3 is off to the presses, and now awaiting retailers order adjustments, and #4 is being colored and getting ready to go to print.

We're trying to do the responsible thing, which some fans will love, and some will not. We are going to have issue #7 be a fill-in issue. This will be a stand alone story scheduled for December, which has been written, and is being drawn as we speak. It is scheduled to be done by October 25th, so we'll make the schedule. "
