I heard a while ago that Jeffery Combs got your company into a lawsuit, for forgetting to get his permission to use his likeness in the upcoming Army of Darkness vs Re-Animator comic book and the Re-Animator series. It's been a while, and I'm wondering, has everything been straightened out? Will the Army of Darkness vs Re-Animator comic still be released? Thank you very much for your time.

Atleast give us a clue as to when #1 will be released.
