Fact: He claims his vendetta against Vought and the supes started at the beginning of the Bulge, when Vought, with the supposed approval by Ike, introduced the 'Miracle Men', ie the first supes to his platoon, consequently resulting in the defeat of Mallory's Platoon, with Mallory being the only survivor.
Fact: Mallory states that he was captured and imprisoned for a time in a Nazi POW camp.
Fact: After the war, Mallory does research, and finds no evidence of costumed supes, and assumes that Vought has scrapped the project.
This makes me wonder...
Is it possible that the incident with the supes did not happen at all?
