Hello Fellow Collectors and SHFF Members!
As you all know - we have received some devastating information this week about the DC Superhero Collection ending at issue 100.
If you are a fellow collector like me - you must feel that this collection does not feel complete. Well, we are organizing a letter campaign to Eaglemoss in an effort to save the collection but we cannot do this alone. We need your help!
Letters should be sent to the attention of:
Alex Neal
Eaglemoss Publications Ltd
1st Floor, Beaumont House,
Kensington Village,
Avonmore Road,
London W14 8TS
Please keep the letters respectful and fill your letter with reasons you love this fantastic line as harrasing or abusive letters would be counter-productive.
But we need more than just your letters. We need you to post this on other forums and get other collectors who are not part of the SHFF family to send letters as well. We need all out friends from France, Italy, Brazil, Poland, Spain and everywhere else the collection is available to help! Below I've listed a rough form letter for those who might not be that fluent in English to send. Just copy and past into a word program and add your name and mail it. Having letters in French, Italian etc that cannot be read would also not help as much either:
Dear Alex,
My name is ____________________ and I am an avid collector of your DC Superhero Collection. I was very disapponted to hear that this wonderful collection will not be extended past 100 issues. Is there any chance you would re-consider?
The wonderful part about your collection is the quality of your sculpts, the informative magazine and the wide unique variety of characters that you offer us month in and month out.
I would be very happy if Eaglemoss would please continue the collection.

We do know this is a longshot but it's one we're willing to take and is the time it would take to send a letter worth trying to save this wonderful collection? I mean, if written letter campaigns could save Spider-Girl from cancellation three times...shouldn't we at least try?
I love these collections. I've waited my entire life for collections like the Marvel and DC one that Eaglemoss are now producing and I cannot sit quietly and let such a wonderful opportunity pass us by without voicing my support to see it continue. I hope you will all join me.
