This is just something I've always wondered.
Dynamite have brought out some darn good comics lately and the different range of comics has impressed me.
I know of some comic companies that are 'one man operations' and they have bought out comics based on major films.
Does anyone know how much of a license the comic companies pay to the owners of the property to make a comic based on their work?
Anyone care to educate me on the topic?
