Release dates question

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I have to ask.
How come the release dates just show the month and not the actual date of the month?

Not entirely sure, but my best guess would be that it gives Dynamite a little room to maneuver should The Unexpected occur and releases are delayed. There have been a number of teething problems, and release dates have not always been accurate. These are gradually being ironed out, but a couple of titles are still a little behind for the time being.
