One eBay seller recently had 2 copies of a Blue Foil cover to issue #4.
Does anyone know the story behind this comic? Was it an incentive?

Well you've got some great issues there, a few I am missing too.. :(
That one on top the 1 in 20 Red Foil Virgin Incentive Cover by Adam Hughes is great, and the Fiery Red Foil High End Edition #6 I also have not been able to find.
As far as the #4 Blue foil edition thats new to me!
I haven't found any real evidence that it exist at all, you would think that Dynamic Forces would have a little info or something.
The only clue may be HERE (http://www.milehighcomics.com/cgi-bin/backissue.cgi?action=list&title=68064699877&publisher=DE&snumber=21), on milehighcomics.com.
There seems to be a Glow Cover, but they do not have a cover scan.
Interesting

It definitely isn't the "Glow-in-the-Dark" cover, I have that one.
The seller listed the Blue Foil Silvestri as "an unannounced incentive".
Not sure though...
(The rarest cover is definitely the Rivera Foil Statue incentive.)
Anyone from Dynamite care to comment?
Thanks!

I'm beginning to think this "blue foil Silvestri #4" may be a bootleg.
There have been 3 on eBay in the last month, all from the same seller.
If this was an "unannounced dealer incentive", how many copies had to be ordered to get 3 of them??? :(
Anyone from Dynamite care to comment????

I noticed some covers are called "RRP", what does this stand for?

:)
Righto - official answer from Joe:
Nope, no bootleg, but a previously unannounced foil retailer incentive that was created for that issue, very limited!
Tommy.
EDIT: Whoops! Nearly missed this: estee, as far as I know, "RRP" is used as an abbreviation for "Recommended Retail Price" (at least, it is over here. If it has another use in the 'States, or one specific to comics, I'm not aware of it). T. ;)
